I consider myself an artist. Not in an arrogant or snobby way in any sense. My artistry lies on the creation of food not only as the primary necessity of fueling the body but to delight the senses and to feed the soul and memories. I have a lot to learn and a long way to go but I find this the most thrilling part of it all, for me the road is more important than the destination as the path we decide to follow is what creates our character and shape us as humans.

Art, as Proust says, gives us the opportunity to see other worlds, it opens our minds to a wide universe of knowledge, beauty and joy.

I created this space exactly for that,  to bring art to those who want to take part into other worlds. To  represent  and showcase the artists I believe in. To make art accessible to our  generation and to promote the masterpieces of our future.
