INGREDIENTS:
227 gr bittersweet chocolate, chopped
85 gr unsalted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons espresso powder
Flaky salt to sprinkle on top
1. Preheat oven at 180 •C
2. In a glass bowl melt chocolate and butter in microwave mixing slowly until mixed well
3. In a separate bowl mix eggs and sugars and beat (by hand or electric mixer) until pale and a bit fluffy, approx 3 min.
4. Slowly add chocolate mix to egg mix and combine
5. Add dry ingredients (salt, cacao powder, flour and espresso powder) mixing until all ingredients are combined.
6. Scoop with two spoons onto a lined tray and bake for 10 min. Allow to cool down a little before tucking into them 🍪
